Would you like to understand your potential for success?

Motivation, adaptabililty, decisiveness, empathy, self-awareness, influence, conscientiousness, resilience.  The EBW psychometric assessment measures your ability in each of the above eight traits.

“EBW Global Emotional Intelligence System meets the psychometric test standards laid down by the British Psychological Society and accepted by most good psychometric test publishers around the world.” From the EBW Global website.

If you want to know what kind of leader, manager, employer or employee you are, I would suggest that this is an excellent place to start.  The assessment is easy to do, and takes no more than twenty minutes.  The rewards include a 90-minute in-depth consultation. It also includes a full report which will help you understand the areas that require development, the blind spots and the strengths.  It is equally important to work on the strengths, as that is where you can add real value and gain advantage.

I sometimes get frustrated, because I see so many ‘leaders’ who I feel would benefit from this assessment.  I want to shout it from the rooftops!  However, it is important to note that this is just an indicator of where you currently stand.  It is a starting point.  You will always know yourself better than any assessment, so some parts you may agree with and some not.  It will always leave you with food for thought and it can be uncannily accurate at times.

Once you have had the consultation, then it is up to you to decide if you would like some follow-up coaching to deal with the areas that you may wish to develop.   The EBW assessments all consist of a ten-week follow-up coaching programme.  This is always tailored to the individual needs of the person, as there is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to coaching.

I also offer team development workshops and assessments.  Why not make this the year that you invest in your people?

Check out my website at http://proactivecoaching.ie  and may I suggest you also consider the online course on Empathy which you can find on the Home Page.

I am more than happy to have a free no obligation meeting to discuss your needs.  Get in touch!

Thank you.
