The Launch of ProACTive Coaching!

ProACTive Professional Training & Coaching

Well the day is finally come! My new brand and website are live!  More about the journey later, but let’s get straight down to business.

The ACT of ProACTive Coaching:

Assessment This represents the psychometric assessment in Emotional Intelligence that I use with my clients. More about it here: https://proactivecoaching.ie/assessment/

Coaching There is a follow-on coaching programme following the assessment. This is tailored to the needs of the client. I also provide a standalone service of executive coaching.
More here: https://proactivecoaching.ie/coaching/

Training I provide a range of Training workshops to further develop EI and boost team performance. More here: https://proactivecoaching.ie/training/

I see each step, assessment – coaching – training, flowing into the other, to expand and further develop self-awareness.

There is also one course up on the site. You can view the introduction to the course for free. More courses to follow next year and I will update you when that occurs.

I offer a free one-hour consultation, so if you are considering developing any aspect of your Emotional Intelligence, looking for coaching or workshops or just want to discuss your needs, please feel free to get in touch.

My greatest wish is to help leaders, managers and employees develop their self-awareness so that we may all communicate more clearly, treat each other with kindness and overall be better human beings to each other! This must start with corporations and those who wish to lead.

I also have an interest and a passion for the work that teachers and head teachers are doing in schools. Leadership must start with the younger generation and teachers have an enormous influence on the development of the students. Our teachers need to be highly emotionally intelligent.

I look forward to working with a variety of clients in the future, and to living my passion of making us all more emotionally intelligent and self-aware.

This journey started back in January of this year when I attended a Network Ireland event in Kildare.

I heard a lady called Krystle Foley from Fusion Marketing talk briefly about her work with small and medium sized businesses and sole traders, and how she helps them define their brand and improve their social media and digital marketing.

Fast forward a few weeks to our first meeting, and I went from having a vague idea about improving my website, to deciding to do a complete re-brand, logo, website, the lot!

It has been a long road, as these projects often are, as I figured out how to present my offering in the best possible way that I can.

I would like to finish by thanking Fusion Marketing.  Krystle and John have been a joy to work with. They have kept on steadily making progress, dealing with my changes with steadfastness and patience, and together we have brainstormed, debated and reviewed. An interesting exercise and one which I highly recommend!

Please get in touch with any questions you may have. I look forward to hearing from you!
