I partner with busy executives to help them identify the qualities that will maximize their potential, so they can lead with authenticity and integrity.
We are currently facing an incredibly challenging time for small business owners and employees. In fact, even large organisations are struggling to adapt to the avalanche of change that we have had to deal with over the past months.
Today I am reaching out to those who are facing redundancy and/or a change of career. This is an ideal time to reassess where you are in your career and identify your strengths and areas that require development.
The first objection I sometimes hear is, ‘well I can’t afford either the time or the money to do that right now.’ My answer to that is, you can’t afford not to do it if you want to give yourself the best possible chance. With regards to money, see the end of this post for more on that touchy subject!
I worked with a client who was suffering from imposter syndrome, despite having a high-profile position. When she took the psychometric assessment (more below) she was astonished to discover how highly she rated in adaptability, resilience, and motivation. Now who doesn’t want to work with someone high in those traits? She was also empathetic and much more self-aware than she had given herself credit for. When we looked in detail at some of the results she had obtained in her job, the penny began to drop. She went back to her job and soon after gained a promotion!
The Emotions and Behaviours at Work Business Emotional Intelligence assessments include the following: (taken directly from their website.)
- 19 pages of rich feedback on individual’s Emotional Intelligence at work
- An awareness of how emotions impact on behaviour leading to sustainable performance change
- Comparison against others (Leaders, Doctors…)
- Insights into blind spots that stop individuals’ and teams’ potential
- A road map to Daniel Goleman’s different authentic leadership styles
- A blueprint to shift individuals’ ability to change emotional behaviour, to improve their own and others’ performance
- Measures of the user’s awareness of their emotional behavioural traits and how honest they were when taking the assessment.
Once you have taken the assessment, I will go through the results in detail with you during a 90-minute consultation. Following that, if there are areas that require further development, or goals to be set and achieved, I can work with you to arrange a tailored coaching programme. If the assessment is the ‘taking stock,’ ‘the coaching’ is the solution. Clients vary from having 1-2 sessions to working on a longer more substantial coaching programme with me. Each individual has different needs.
Time and again I have seen the benefits for employees and their organisations. I have never not seen an improvement in productivity, job satisfaction and new opportunities when I have worked through this process.
With regards to the cost. I am currently offering a 50% discount on the assessment and consultation until September. I am also willing to discuss payment options as I totally appreciate where you may currently be financially. Don’t let that stop you.
